My name is David Spriggs and it is a joy to be able to serve along side Kernersville Wesleyan Church! I grew up in Lansing, Michigan, and moved to North Carolina in 2007. My wife Julie and I have been married since 1996, and we are blessed to have two adult daughters.   I was raised in a Christian home and came to faith at an early age. During my freshman year of college, I sensed God’s call to serve in ministry as a Christian psychologist, and that sense of calling continues to inform my life and work today.

For the past seventeen years, I have served as a staff psychologist with the Department of Veterans Affairs. In my professional role, I specialize in Christian counseling, couples counseling, and health psychology. I am honored to be joining the pastoral team at Kernersville Wesleyan Church as a volunteer pastor.  My primary focus will be offering pastoral care on Saturday afternoons. I am available to meet with individuals at the church, as well as by video or phone, and I look forward to supporting you in whatever way I can.
